Land Acquisition- Allowing appeal, SC observed: Respondents have not disputed the position that the land is just across the road facing Gate No.9 of the Mathura refinery. 9. In that view of the matter, we find that the impugned orders are not sustainable in law. 10. The impugned order dated 30.04.2019 is quashed and set aside and the appeals are allowed. 11. The respondents are directed to pay compensation to the appellants @ Rs.15/- per sq. mtr.
