We are a small team of lawyers and students of law who are passionate about legal research and case-law reading. Our mission is to make lawyers and students of law stay updated with latest Supreme Court judgments ! 

This project was started in the year 2024 by Advocate Ashok Kini, a lawyer practicing in the High Court of Kerala.

To put it briefly, this is what we do in our project:

1. In CaseCiter.com, we report the judgments of the Supreme Court of India. We share our notes on all aspects of each judgment on this website. We have notes from the year 2024.
2.  In CiteCase.in, we have notes of SC judgments since 2025 sorted subject wise for you to browse through. So if you want to know the latest judgment on a particular subject [like CPC, CrPC, Constitution etc.], you can just login to this website and read our updated notes on it. We update it on or before first Sunday of every month.
3. In our Whatsapp Community, we share PDFs of monthly and daily digests of SC judgments. Monthly Digests are shared on the first Sunday of every month. Our Daily Digests, which will help you stay up to date on SC case laws, will be shared on all working days after 9pm.
4. In our drive, we have stored our monthly digests archives from the year 2024 !

Both CaseCiter.com and CiteCase.in and report Supreme Court judgments. In the former, we share notes of Supreme Court judgments as they come in [just like a blog]. It the latter, we sort these notes subject wise [just like a e-repository]. So if you wish to just read notes as they come in, you can use CaseCiter.com more often. But if you wish to browse through them subject wise, you can use CiteCase.in !
