Will S 308 IPC Attract Merely Because Victim Suffered Head Injury?
In Ramesh & Anr. vs. State 2010 (1) LRC 270 (Del) , the Delhi High Court observed that merely because of an injury found on the head, it cannot be said that said injury was caused with the intention to commit culpable homicide not amounting amounting to murder.
